First and foremost it is a Construction Management System Compiled by distilling out the relevant components of various ISO standards to produce a focused SHERQ Construction Management System for the Construction Industry in South Africa.

This is the behavioural change management system we have developed, designed to implement SANS1393 into your Organisation.

What is its approach?

It is a pro-active,practical method of managing behaviour and risk, ensuring every employee understands their role in assuring the goals of the SHERQ strategy are achieved, minimising the risk to employee, management and other Stakeholders: it uses on-line, web enabled software to clearly communicate all information at a corporate, site as well as on an individual level, the “flash points” of risk are graphically shown on the Functional structure (organogram) with risk mitigating behaviour, critical behaviour “cause” measurements are proactively identified, monitored and reported against, Legal liability of the organisation, as well as its Directors and managers, (16.1 and 16.2) is minimised, incidences are managed electronically and timeously, “effect” behaviour or circumstances (post incident) is analysed and change interventions are then managed by the system. .
